Delete your Tree of Life Reader account
This page explains how to delete your Tree of Life Reader account and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
- From the email address registered to your account, email [email protected].
- Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
- We confirm the request comes from the account owner, delete the account, and email you once it’s done.
We ask you to email from your registered address so that no one else can request deletion of your account on your behalf.
What is deleted
- Your account details: name, email address and user ID
- Any readings or journal entries stored on our servers
- Your access and credit records
What is kept, and for how long
- Records of purchases may be retained where we are required to keep them for legal and accounting purposes, for a limited period, after which they are deleted.
- Data saved only in your browser — such as your chart, or a journal you chose to keep on your device — is not held on our servers. You can remove it at any time using Clear My Data in the app.
We process deletion requests within 30 days.
