The aim of this course is to introduce participants to the origins, theoretical model, and application of Mindfulness Based work in an experiential way. It will provide an opportunity to develop a personal practice of mindfulness and meditations. A central aim of Mindfulness Based work is to become more fully aware and present in each moment.
